Levamisole Soluble Drench Powder For oral use in Cattle and Sheep. Each packet contains 46.8 grams of levamisol hydrochloride activity. A broad-sprectrum anthelmintic and is effective against the folowing nematode infections in cattle and sheep: Stomach Worms: (Haemonchus, Trhichstringylus, Ostertagia) Intestinal Worms: (Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Nematodirus, Bunostomum, Oesophagostomum) [Chabertia - sheeep only.] Lungworms: (Dictyocaulus)
Warning: Do not administer to cattle within 48 hours of slaughter for food. Do not administer to sheep within 72 hours of slaughter for food. To prevent residues inmilk, do not administer to dairy animals of breeding age. Cattle and sheep maintained under conditions of constant helmith exposure may require re-treatment within two to four weeks after the first treatment. Administer as a standard drench or a a cncentrated drench solution.
Cattle - Standard Drench Solution- Place the contents of this packet in 1 quart (32 fl oz) contaner, fill with water, swirl until dissolved. Administer as a single drench dose according to package directions. (1/2 oz to 200lb)
Sheep Standard Drench Solution Place contents of package in a 1 gallon container, fill with water, swirl until dissolved. Administer 1./2 fl oz to 50 lb
Concentrated Cattle DrenchSolution: Place contents in contaner and add water to 8 3/4 fl oz. Swirl until dissolved. Dose at 2 ml per 100 lb.
Concentrated Sheep Drench Solution: Place contents in container. Add water to 17 1/2 fl oz level. Swirl to dissolve,. Dose at 2 ml per 50 lb body weight.
