Each Bolus contains 15g sulfadimethoxine. For the treatment of shipping fever complex associated with organisms such as Pasteurella spp. sensitive to sulfadimethoxine; and calf diphtheria and foot rot associated with Fusobacterium necrophorum sensitive to sulfadimethoxine in cattle.
Milk taken from animals during treatment and for 60 hours after the last treatment must not be used for food. Do not slaughter animals for food purposes within 7 days following the last treatment. Not to be used in calves to be processed for veal.
Dosage: One bolus per 600 pounds of body weight the first day followed by 1/2 bolus per 600 pounds for the next 3 or 4 days.2
